1958
Clark Converse and Dick Cummins start C & C Electric.
1960
Clark Converse establishes Clark Converse Electric, a service-oriented company, out of his garage on Lockbourne Road.
1962
Clark Converse moves the office to 28 W. Morrill Avenue.
1968
Jerry Converse joins Converse Electric as an electrician.
1971
Converse Electric moves to 2006 Kenton Avenue.
1975
Jerry Converse is promoted to President.
1976
Jerry Converse purchases Converse Electric from Clark Converse.
1977
A tornado rips through Converse office, damaging the building, equipment and vehicles, and injuring Jerry Converse.
1979
Converse Electric completes its first new build construction project--La Quinta Inn.
Jerry Converse is named President of the Independent Electrical Contractors.
1982
Converse Electric becomes part of Dial One organization.
1983
Converse Electric doubles the size of the company through the AP Technoglass project in Bellefontaine, Ohio.
1984
Converse Electric leaves Dial One and becomes independent.
1990
Jerry Converse builds a new building on Gantz Road in Grove City, Ohio with Wayne Anthony of Pipeco.
2000
Chris Converse joins Converse Electric as an electrician.
Converse Electric featured in Columbus Celebrates the Millennium book.
2005
Chris Converse is promoted to Construction Supervisor.
Converse Electric expands and occupies the entire building on 3783 Gantz Road in Grove City.
2006
Converse Electric forms its Project Management Department.

Chris Converse sits on the Board of Directors for the Associated Electrical Contractors-Independent Electrical Contractors.

Laura Converse (Haines) joins Converse Electric.
