OSHA 30 Training Converse Electric supervisors and technicians who perform work on our higher risk projects are required to complete the OSHA 30-hour Outreach Training Program. This program provides an even greater depth of training emphasizing hazard identification, avoidance, control and prevention. To promote ongoing safety measures, we also provide our employees with annual refresher training--including safety seminars and frequent site visitations to ensure proper precautions are being followed and enforced.
